Returns
You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items) in its original
condition, including original packaging within 30 days of receipt and
you will receive a full refund less shipping.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items due to health reasons.
Please make your selections carefully.
We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
In order for you to return merchandise, you
must obtain an RMA number from the Wholesale Department. RMA requests
are only processed within 7 days of the receipt of the order.
Returns must be received within 30 days of the date of issue of the RMA number.
No returns will be accepted without our prior authorization.

2. Phone number
3. Original Order Confirmation Number (if available)
4. The reason for returning the merchandise
5. RMA number

Once we receive a return from you (with all of
the proper information), we will credit your account (less any
restocking or shipping fees if applicable) and notify you by email or phone call.
Cancel Your Order
To cancel your order, please click on the contact link above and fill out the form
within 12 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been
processed, PerfumeBadaBoom.com is not responsible for any shipping charges
incurred.
Orders Not Received
Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, PerfumeBadaBoom.com is not responsible for any theft of product or
delivery to the wrong address. We will pursue a claim with UPS on
behalf of you that UPS didn't deliver the product to the
correct person or that they left the product in a susceptible area. If
funds are returned to us from UPS, we will credit the your
account. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months.
However, there is no guarantee that UPS will accept our claim.
